The kumara are starting to grow! As part of our science learning we have been watching and waiting to see what would happen to kumara if we put it in water.... It is now starting to grow roots and there are green leaves appearing!!  We have also put a couple of potatoes into water to see if they will grow... We are not too sure as nothing has sprouted yet.  We will have to wait and see.
